Tunewell is run by Theo, who also runs Theodore HQ, a small studio that creates and manages software products. Much of the admin behind them runs on its own.
Support requests get a first reply automatically, and a performance report arrives every Monday. Tunewell brings the same kind of setup to your business, in plain English, at a fixed price.

No. We do the setup, and explain anything you need to know in plain English.
We work with businesses from one person up to about 30. A Check-Up suits up to 10 staff, and a Full Review 11 to 30. If something would not save you real time, we will tell you.
No. The report is yours to use with anyone, and it includes a step-by-step guide to do it yourself.
Before the session, we tell you in writing exactly what we will see, where it goes and who can reach it. Every contract includes UK data protection terms. We record and transcribe our calls for accurate notes, and say so at the start. An AI tool helps write the summary, and our Privacy page names it.
Whatever fits the tools you already have. Any subscription is yours, and you pay the company that runs it directly. We take no commission from any of them, and we will say when a cheaper one is enough.
One quick item, set up and working by the time your report arrives. You choose from More Reviews (a request after every job), Invoices Chased (polite reminders until you are paid) or Weekly Numbers (one message each Monday: money in, money owed, jobs booked).
We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer. A Check-Up or Full Review is paid before the session, and you can move or cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
Every Quick Win and build includes 30 days of fixes. After that, a Care Plan watches over everything we built and fixes it by the next working day. Without one, ask us and we will quote first.
